■ Cancellation
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason after purchase.
We also do not refund payments. Please understand this in advance.
■ Defective Products
If the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We cannot accept exchanges if you contact us more than 7 days after receiving the product, so please be sure to check the product upon delivery.
If you receive a defective product, we will exchange it for a good one.
