How to Register

To use 1CHANCE FESTIVAL 2026 Official Merchandise Mail Order, you need to register your customer information.
Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process.

1. Review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Access the [New Member Registration] page and carefully read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By clicking the [Continue] button, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Register your email address

Enter your email address and click the [Continue] button.
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Please enter the code stated in the email to complete your membership registration.

※If you do not receive the email, your registered email address may be incorrect, or you may have set up domain-specific reception, etc.
Please set your email to receive emails from noreply@1chancefes-store.com and resubmit your email address.

Only one customer information registration is allowed per person. Please note that duplicate registrations are not permitted.
In addition, registration for delivery to a freight company's office, post office, or convenience store is not allowed.
※About entering your name and address
Customers whose names include old-style characters should enter them using new-style characters (e.g., 邉, 邊, 髙).
Also, please do not use Roman numerals (e.g., Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ) or garbled characters (e.g., ㈱, №) as they may cause character corruption.

How to Order

1. Select Products

Select the products you wish to purchase. You can view product details.

2. Add to Cart

Once you have decided on your products, select the quantity and click the [Add to Cart] button.
After all desired products have been added to the cart, please check the products in your cart on the cart screen and proceed to [Proceed to Checkout].
※Products are not yet secured at this point. Your order will be confirmed once an "order number" is issued on the order completion screen.

3. Enter Email Address

Enter your email address and click the [Continue] button.
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Enter the code from the email and proceed to [Proceed to Checkout].
If you have not yet registered, click [New Member Registration] and complete the registration process.

4. Enter Shipping Address and Payment Method

【Shipping Address】
Please enter your name, address, and phone number.
※Please double-check that you have not omitted the street number or room number.

【Payment Method】
Please select from the displayed payment methods.
※Depending on the payment method, a billing address field may appear, but please select [Same as shipping address].
Even if you select [Use a different billing address] and change the address, an invoice will not be sent to the changed address.

5. Order Completion

Please carefully check your input and then click the [Pay Now] button.
If you selected convenience store payment, after clicking the [Pay Now] button, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page.
Select the convenience store you wish to use and click the [Proceed to Purchase] button.
※Your order will be completed at this point.
※The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline will be displayed (items vary depending on the selected convenience store). Please be sure to print or make a note of them.
After confirming the payment information, click the [Return to 1CHANCE FESTIVAL 2026 Official Merchandise Mail Order] button to return to 1CHANCE FESTIVAL 2026 Official Merchandise Mail Order.

The order completion screen will be displayed. Please print it or make a note, and be sure to check "Order History" in [My Page].
Please make sure to record the "Order Number" as it will be required for inquiries.
Also, an "Order Completion Email" will be sent to your registered email address as support information.
※If you do not receive the email, your registered email address may be incorrect, or you may have set up domain-specific reception, etc.
Please set your email to receive emails from noreply@1chancefes-store.com before using the service.
Even if you do not receive the email due to reception settings, if your order is displayed in "Order History" on [My Page], your order has been accepted.

【For those who chose convenience store payment】
If you chose convenience store payment, KOMOJU sent an email containing the necessary payment numbers at the time you clicked the [Proceed to Purchase] button.
※If you do not receive the email, your registered email address may be incorrect, or you may have set up domain-specific reception, etc.
Please set your email to receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com before using the service.

<Important Notes>
1. The biller name on the receipt, which is your "customer copy," will be "KOMOJU."
2. Please be sure to keep the original receipt or payment confirmation issued when you complete payment at a convenience store. (If proof of payment cannot be confirmed, you may not be able to receive post-purchase support.)

About Payment

Credit Card

Available Credit Card Types

VISA, JCB, American Express, MASTER CARD, Diners Club

Payment method: Please enter your credit card information on the payment method input screen.

What is a security code?

A security code is a special code used to prevent unauthorized use of credit and debit cards. Please check the following for the location on each credit card.

  • For VISA, MasterCard, and JCB, it's a 3-digit number written on the back of the credit card
    (located immediately to the right of the main card number)
  • For American Express, it's a 4-digit number written on the front of the credit card
    (located at the top right of the main card number)

If you do not know or cannot read your security code, please contact the bank or credit card company listed on your card.

Convenience Store Payment

Handling fee: 330 yen (tax included)

Available Convenience Store Types

Lawson, FamilyMart, Seicomart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki

Payment method: Please make payment at one of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen within 3 days from the day after your order.
※Convenience store payment is prepayment. Products will be shipped sequentially to customers whose payments have been confirmed. Orders will be canceled if the payment deadline is exceeded.
Example: Order date January 1st → Payment deadline January 4th

For convenience store payment, after clicking the [Pay Now] button, you will be redirected to the KOMOJU payment page.
Select the convenience store you wish to use and click the [Proceed to Purchase] button.

※The customer number, confirmation number, and payment deadline will be displayed (items vary depending on the selected convenience store). Please be sure to print or make a note of them.
※KOMOJU sends an email containing the necessary payment numbers, but if you have set up email reception filters, please disable the "@komoju.com" filter to receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com.

PayPay・Merpay・auPAY

Pre-downloading each app and registering your customer information is required.

You can pay by registering a bank account or credit card, or by charging cash at Seven Bank ATMs.

Rakuten Pay

Rakuten Pay is a service that allows you to easily make payments on online sites other than Rakuten using your credit card information registered with your Rakuten ID, and also earn and use points.
On online shops that accept Rakuten Pay, enter your Rakuten ID and password. This eliminates the need to enter credit card information, making payments "easy," "secure," and "advantageous." You also earn points based on the purchase amount. Of course, you can also use your existing points. Furthermore, services that eliminate the hassle of entering buyer information, shipping addresses, etc., are constantly being enhanced! You can enjoy smooth shopping.

Payment at ATMs and Net Banking via Pay-easy

Handling fee: 330 yen (tax included)

You can make payments by registering a bank account or credit card, or by charging cash at Seven Bank ATMs.

You can pay at bank ATMs of Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Japan Post Bank, etc., and use net banking and mobile banking services at various financial institutions such as city banks, regional banks, credit unions, credit associations, labor banks, agricultural cooperatives, and fisheries cooperatives.
You can make payments by entering three numbers: "Payment Organization Number," "Confirmation Number," and "Customer Number."
※Payment via net banking is only possible if you have an account with a financial institution that partners with Pay-easy.
For details on payment methods, please contact the financial institution where you opened your account.
The payment deadline is "order date + 3 days."
Example: Order date January 1st → Payment deadline January 4th
If payment is not made, the order will be automatically canceled, assuming no intention to purchase.

About Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the ordered product, so please check each product detail page.
For pre-order products, delivery will be after the release date.

※For products without a specified shipping date on the product detail page, if payment is made by credit card, products will be shipped approximately 10 business days after order confirmation. If payment is made by convenience store, products will be shipped approximately 10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays).
※Please note that this refers to "shipping" and not "arrival," so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your residential area and transportation conditions.
※If products with different estimated shipping dates are ordered at the same time, all products will be shipped together according to the product with the latest estimated shipping date.
※For merchandise sold at concerts, events, etc., shipping may take more than 10 business days depending on inventory status.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Product is temporarily out of stock
・Delivery is impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delay in product production
・Deficiencies in order or payment, such as incorrect charges
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long consecutive holidays

Shipping Confirmation

After shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information, so please check it.
Clicking the [View Order] button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "delivery company" and "tracking number."
Clicking the "tracking number" will take you to the delivery company's inquiry site where you can check the shipping status.
For registered members, you can log in from [My Page] and also check the "delivery company" and "tracking number" from the relevant [Order History].

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method

Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. You cannot specify a delivery company.
※We cannot accept specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
※Orders for delivery to a freight company's office, post office, or convenience store are not accepted.

Consolidated Shipping / Split Shipping

We cannot consolidate or split shipments of products after an order has been placed.
Products ordered simultaneously will be shipped together once all items are available, and products ordered separately will be shipped separately.

Domestic shipping within Japan
Standard shipping: 930 yen / Okinawa only 2,200 yen (tax included)

International shipping
Amount varies by country and region. Please check on the payment page.
※Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
※Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt if the package arrives in the delivery country/region/state, and you may be responsible for these costs.
※Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the delivery country/region/state.
※Customs clearance conditions vary by destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.

Receipt of Goods

If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left by the delivery company to receive your product.
If you do not receive the product within the storage period, it will be returned to 1CHANCE FESTIVAL 2026 Official Merchandise Mail Order.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
The order will be canceled if two months have passed since the return.
※In principle, refunds due to cancellation will not be issued.
※You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for reshipment.
※If there are repeated instances of refusal to accept delivery, prolonged absence, or reshipment due to customer's convenience, your usage may be restricted. Please ensure you receive your products.
